How much does it cost?

We offer free phone consultations to help assess your pet's condition and determine the best course of action. House call visits start at $249 plus the cost of vaccinations, medications, or common diagnostics like blood tests. In-clinic visits start at $89 at participating partner locations. How do I schedule an appointment?

Where do I send my pets health records?

Our dedicated care specialists are available to assist you in obtaining your pets records from your previous veterinary clinic. Alternatively, if you have them on hand, you can upload and email them securely to support@instavet.com.

Can I choose the same vet for each appointment?

Yes, absolutely. You are assigned an expert veterinarian and a care specialist to handle all aspects of your pet's health. Furthermore, our dedicated team is devoted to providing you continuous personalized care and support.

Does InstaVet accept pet insurance?

Yes, We have great working relationships with all major pet insurance providers including Trupanion, PetPlan, HealthyPaws and Embrace and will gladly provide you with any records or assistance you need to submit your claims.

Can I get medication and food delivered?

You sure can. Our care specialists will arrange for the prompt delivery of any specialized food or medications prescribed by your doctor. Be sure to reach out to our support team for further details.

What is the pet euthanasia process?

Saying goodbye to your beloved pet is one of the most difficult decisions you may ever make in your life. Our team of compassionate vets is always on call ready to perform at-home or in clinic euthanasia services at the time and place of your choosing. Please call our support hotline and speak with a care specialist to discuss final arrangements.
